Connectival is a flagship event of Legrand india which is conducted once every 3 years.
Its a forum of Legrand distributors from across india who meet at one overseas location (outside India) and share learnings from the past and discuss new opportunities to grow the business.
Depending upon the agenda the event is for 3 to 4 days where there are multiple business sessions, awards night, sightseeing and new product launches.
One of the key objectives of the event is to motivate the distributors to adapt new trends & technology and stay relevant to their end customers.
Its also a platform where performance is recognised and various awards are given to the achievers from this group.
Other than hardcore business sessions there is sightseeing and entertainment sessions too where delegates network informally and build lasting connections.
